Communication
Communication is my main priority. Without communication, projects are typically doomed to fail. As your consultant, I aim to communicate what I am working on and what I intend to accomplish. You should never be left wondering what I’m doing or when something will be done. I value communication because it’s what keeps a team alive, focused, and delivering.
Openness
Similar to communication, I’m open about everything relating to your project. If you have questions, I’m happy to answer them. If you have a project, I’m happy to help. If you have a problem, I’m happy to fix it. I’m quite frank when communicating and don’t try to hide anything from you, after all, I’m here to help.
Collaboration
Teamwork makes the dream work. I don’t have to be your sole team member. I can join existing teams, create new teams, or lead teams. Whatever your project needs, I can work with whatever resources you have available to accomplish your goals and deliver your product.
